Before AI Genesis, Gabe spent years at the intersection of AI, e-commerce, and customer experience — seeing firsthand how businesses waste hundreds of thousands of dollars on support processes that don't need a human. He founded AI Genesis to fix that.

Under Gabe's leadership, AI Genesis has handled over 1 million customer conversations, saved clients $2.4M+ in labor costs, and maintained zero hallucinations in production.
